Pastor C. L. Parker was born in Greenville, North Carolina to the late Daniel Parker and Mother Naomi Parker, as she is affectionately known.

Pastor Parker received his formative education through the Pitt County School System, in Greenville NC.  He graduated from J. H. Rose High School in 1978.  While there, he excelled in football, baseball and basketball.  Pastor Parker would further his education from 1978 -1980 at Winston-Salem State University.  In 1981, he transfered to NC State University in Raleigh, N.C.  Where he propose to play football, but after the death of his father, Pastor Parker had to  enter the workforce, but his heart remained loyal.  Currently Pastor Parker volunteers with the N.C. State University W.I.T.H. Program, where he mentors and helps the football program.  He can be actively seen supporting the Wolfpack and is a member of the Wolfpack Club.

Currently, Pastor Parker is studying urban ministries and pastoral counseling at St. Joseph's University.  Pastor Parker was saved at an early age in 1973.  Afterwards, under the leadership of the late Bishop Woming Wells, having the unction from the Lord to preach the gospel, Pastor Parker received the baptism of the Holy Ghost in May of 1995.  In 2002, Pastor Parker founded Last Days Harvest Church Of God In Christ.  Bishop Leroy Jackson Woolard, Jurisdictional Prelate Greater North Carolina, ordained him Pastor in February  2002. 

An avid fan of Ministry, Pastor Parker believes that if God has gifted you, whether male or female, your gift is needed in the local church.  He encourages all to do more than occupy a seat, but to get involved in ministry.  Under Pastor Parker, the Women's Department is striving, Married Couple Class and Single's Ministry has been established.  The Youth Department is growing.  Pastor Parker loves people and will go anywhere to help fellow pastors or laypersons in need.  Pastor Parker's favorite scripture comes from Psalm 124, "If it had not been for the Lord on my side".

Pastor Parker is married to the former Sandra Lee Green, and they are the proud parents of one daughter, 12 year old Shetara Parker.  They have been married for 27 years.
